Gaiety, 0-6-0 Pannier Tank Locomotive, No.5798 in British Railways plain green livery. Model is in working order. I can't swear to it, but the chassis does look a little like a Triang chassis. However, the model has been used and there are handling marks and chips But overall, it is generally tidy, and I would grade it as B. One end of the loco has Hornby Dublo couplings fitted and the other has the Triang style tension-lock variety. An interesting model. I would grade it as B. it is unboxed.

Gaiety, OO gauge 0-6-0 Pannier Tank Locomotive, No.5700 in GWR plain unlined green livery. This loco was probably made during the mid-1950s by Gaiety, which was a Birmingham-based firm. This example is in working order, which in itself is unusual. It has a diecast body and metal chassis - so it's quite a weighty item. It's missing both sets of couplings, which would need to be remedied. Overall condition is B- to B, it has been used and there are some chips to the paintwork, but it's in collectable condition. Along with the loco is a brake van of the Great Western variety, no.413 "Cardiff". I'm told that this could be a Gaiety wagon - it has metal wheels, a metal chassis and some form of plastic body, but it doesn't have any couplings. It's not something I have come across before. Condition is B- to B, showing signs of wear and there are marks around the body. Sold as a pair, but both are unboxed.
