It has the later style wheels, completely die cast model, very fine looking, no marks or blemishes. The coal has been added to the bunker, with the exception of that it's a nice example. Condition is B to B+. The original box has one corner split on the lid apart from that it is condition B.

Graham Farish Belgian Marine.Graham Farish Belgian Marine. Ref: gf100035
Graham Farish, OO Gauge Merchant Navy Class 4-6-2 Locomotive and Tender. Loco is in British Railways lined express passenger blue livery and the tender carries the early lion over wheel British Railways emblem. The coal has been added to the tender. The running number and name have been removed from the locomotive, which I believe would have been 35017 Belgian Marine. Model was made from 1950 through to 1953 only. Starting with the loco body, it has an original chassis which is in working order, these frequently twist due to metal fatigue. The lining is just about intact. There is a little paint loss to the smoke deflectors, mostly on one side. With the exception of that it is a reasonable example. It has been used obviously, condition is probably condition B. The tender however is a different matter, the tender has an XO4 Tri-ang motor which has replaced the original Farish mechanism, it is still hooked up in the same way in terms of the power train still goes through the little gear box and the flexible coupling, however, the two plunges are missing so I can't really test it. Unfortunately the chassis of the tender is suffering from metal fatigue. It might be possible to araldite it back together again or it might be unsalvageable. Coal has been added to the tender top. Overall condition is C+ to B- on the tender. It comes in an original light blue box which is in lovely condition, I would grade that as condition B.
Price: £145.00 / $203.00

Graham Farish.Graham Farish. Ref: gf100034
Graham Farish, OO Gauge King Class 4-6-0 Locomotive and Tender, No. 6000 "King Henry V". Loco is in British Railways unlined plain express passenger blue livery and the tender carries the lion over wheel crest. The tender has had coal added to it. Locomotive chassis is original and complete and in working order. Unfortunately the original Graham Farish mechanism has been removed from the tender and currently the model is unpowered. The gearbox casting on the end of the tender chassis is suffering from metal fatigue and would need to be replaced. The chassis itself is in reasonable condition probably a Tri-ang motor would make this an easy conversion. Included with the model is the universal coupling and an original box which is light pale green in colour. Model condition is B. Box condition is B.
Price: £125.00 / $175.00

Graham Farish Graham Farish Ref: GF100031
Graham Farish, OO gauge Southern Q Class 0-6-0 Tender Locomotive, in British Railways plain unlined black livery. This model was released in 1953 only - a very early piece of model railways history. Incredibly, it is in working order. It has the much more reliable mechanism than some of its brothers. One of the metal steps to one side of the loco is missing, and the tender is also missing. It's actually provided with a Hornby B12 tender, which has had its original coupling removed and a wire style coupling fitted instead. The tender is in pretty awful condition - paint has been scraped off etc. The loco, on the other hand, is in reasonable condition for its age, although it is a little on the grubby side. I would grade it as B.
Price: £60.00 / $84.00

Graham Farish OO gaugeGraham Farish OO gauge Ref: GF100033
Graham Farish, OO gauge, Bulleid Pacific West Country Class 4-6-2 Locomotive and Tender, No.21C103 "Plymouth" in Southern Railway lined malachite green livery with 'Southern' to the tender sides. This impressive loco dates from 1950-1953. It is made from metal. The chassis is in working order and the running numbers, nameplates and lining are all in reasonable to good condition. Overall, a very sharp example. The tender is in similar condition to the loco. The tender top is made from some form of plastic and there is wear to one 'u' and one 'n' on two different sides of the body. Finally, the tender chassis is original - although I understand from the previous owner that this chassis should have been for the Black 5, which was also made by Farish during this period. The chassis was in working order, but unfortunately the casting that holds the gear train has become detached from the rest of the chassis - I would say that it had been 'Araldited' on at some point, and I'm sure it could be re-attached with the use of the appropriate adhesive. There is life in the motor - with power applied it does appear to work. So with a little work I think this would be a delightful example. I would grade the loco as B to B+, which is good for its age. It is not in its original box.
Price: £155.00 / $217.00

Graham Farish 060 Pannier.Graham Farish 060 Pannier. Ref: GF100037
Graham Farish, OO Gauge Class 94XX 0-6-0 Pannier Tank Locomotive, No. 9410 in GWR plain unlined green livery. This model was made from 1961 to 1979. It is fitted with scale wheels which makes it slightly newer model. It is in working order. Model is virtually blemish free, there is a little bit of surface rust to the hand rails. It has the earlier style Farish couplings and coal has been added to the bunker. Condition is a good B to B+. It comes in an original box which is condition B.
Price: £45.00 / $63.00

Graham Farish HudsonGraham Farish Hudson Ref: GF100020
Graham Farish, 00 scale New York Central Hudson 4-6-4 Locomotive and Tender, No.5405. Fascinating model which was manufactured from 1952-53 only in this form with a two-pole motor. It has a diecast body. It's driven by a two-pole tender drive motor set-up through a drive shaft. The tender is a 12-wheel bogie style tender. The model is in working order, which in itself is highly unusual for Farish models of this age. It's all original. There should be a facsimile crystal on the headlight of the smokebox at the front of the locomotive but that's missing and there's also a little bit of damage to the cow catcher, also on the front of the locomotive. But with the exception of those two things, the loco is in excellent condition. It's obviously showing signs of age being 50 years old. I would grade it as probably a condition B and it comes with its original wooden box, which is stamped up Graham Farish Ltd, Bromley, Kent. The box is in condition B- to B. It's actually missing a small part of one end, which is not a major problem. All-in-all, a fascinating model. A little piece of British model railway history.
Price: £225.00 / $315.00

Graham Farish Graham Farish Ref: GF100028
Graham Farish, Bulleid Pacific Merchant Navy Class 4-6-2 Locomotive and Tender, No.35027 "Port Line" in British Railways lined blue livery with large early crest to the tender. This loco, like many of this type from the 1950s, has had its original mechanism removed and a Triang chassis substituted. It's certainly more reliable and as it stands it is in working order. The body is in reasonable condition, there's a little bit of wear to the two nameplates on both sides and also the running numbers are showing signs of wear - one in particular. Still, an attractive and unusual loco. The body is diecast and the tender is plastic, which is correct. I would grade it as a B. Manufactured from 1950 to 1953 only - very hard to find these locos these days. The model is unboxed.
Price: £120.00 / $168.00
