Gutzhold, HO gauge Continental Tipping Bogie Wagon. This is a side-tipping wagon with flaps that also move out as the wagon flips - I've never come across such a complicated piece of engineering! One of the two flaps has lost one of its pins, so that would need to be replaced. Condition then is only B-, but that belies the overall condition, which is actually reasonably tidy. Box condition is B.
