Minitrix, N gauge Electric Train Set, British Outline Goods Set, comprising an 0-6-0 Tank Locomotive, No.47160 in British Railways unlined black livery with late crest to the tank sides. This is a diecast model in working order. It appears to have been very lightly used, if at all - the brass cogs are still shiny. Along with the loco are a Ventilated Van in grey, a Shell/BP tanker in silver with red solebar, and a Standard 20 ton British Railways Brake Van no.B95698. Accompanying the stock, is an oval of track, a power clip, a level crossing, a transformer/controller with 13 amp plug, and all associated paperwork. General condition is B+ to A-. The inner tray is in good nick. The box lid is fine but the cellophane is missing.

Minitrix, N gauge Train Set, comprising a continental style 0-6-0 Tank

Locomotive in black with red frame and red wheels. In nice working order. It has a diecast body. I would grade its condition as B. Along with the loco are three goods wagons including a Closed Van in brown with grey roof, a Long Wheelbase Open Wagon in brown with a diecast chassis, and a continental style Brake Van in green again with a diecast chassis and plastic body - similar in style to the French fourgon brake van. Overall condition of the rolling stock is B, and it could all do with a clean as it's a bit on the grubby side. Accompanying the rolling stock, is what appears to be an oval of N gauge track, which is all stamped up 'Trix'. A power connector rail and instructions are also included. I'm not sure how to date this set, but looking at the photo and instructions, I'd take a stab at the 1960s. The box is showing signs of wear - particularly on the corners and edges - but it is actually complete. An interesting set.

Hornby Minitrix, N gauge train set containing Class 27 Bo-Bo diesel electric locomotive No.D5379 in British Railways green livery with white stripe to body side and small yellow warning panel. Loco carries late British Railways crest. Also in the set are two Mk 1 coaches, a composite and a brake composite, and an oval of track. Condition of loco is B. Has been used and is a little dusty, as are the coaches which would probably benefit from a little clean but generally the condition is unmarked and usable. Inner tray condition is B. The lid is intact apart from one corner which is just parted and is a little grubby and could do with a clean
