JVM, OO gauge N2 Class 0-6-2 Tank Locomotive, No.46917 in "British Railways" plain unlined black livery. Strictly speaking, this is more of a toy than a model railway item. It's a push-along model, made by JVM during the 1940s and possibly early 1950s. The body is stamped underneath 'JVM Birmingham'. It has metal wheels and metal chassis. The running numbers and the BR lettering are both raised on the casting. The wheels do turn. It's actually quite an attractive kit - something along the lines of the Budgie Jinty from about the same sort of period. It is unboxed. Overall condition is B, showing signs of wear and the paint has worn here and there. But really, this is a very interesting model.
