Kit Built CoachKit Built Coach Ref: KIT200043
Kit Built, Great Central Railway Coach, No.123 in GCR brown livery with white roof and white-rimmed wheels. I'm not quite sure of the configuration of this coach: it's a composite with compartments at both ends and the middle section appears to be accessible only from the outside - so I'm guessing that it's either some kind of guard's compartment or a buffet bar of some description - I'm not entirely sure. Anyway, it is a quality model, well made and painted. It is fitted with chain-link couplings and coach connectors. It has a full interior. Beautifully made. Condition is B+. Unboxed.
Price: £50.00 / $94.50

Kit Built CoachsKit Built Coachs Ref: KIT200039
Kit Built, a pair of good quality tinplate-sided coaches comprising : Composite Coach (possibly GWR, but it could be another company) in lined maroon livery. It's a reasonably well-made model that has been well painted and lined, and. Some of the underframe detail appears to be missing. It has coach connectors and hook style couplings - it would have had chain-link couplings, but they are missing. The end doors of the coach connectors are missing and you can see into the vestibules at both ends. Very nice. Unboxed. and a further

Corridor Composite Coach in lined maroon livery with several crests to the body sides. The vehicle is fitted with tinplate style coach sides. It has coach connectors, which are quite realistic looking. The paint job is good. One of the bogie nuts is missing and would need a new one fitting. There are one or two marks to one of the body sides. But it's a reasonable model in B- to B condition. Unboxed.

Price: £45.00 / $85.05

Kit Built, a kit built Great Central Railway All 1st Corridor Coach, No.51 in GCR brown livery with white roof and white-rimmed wheels. The model has been finished to a high standard. It has chain-link couplings, coach connectors, full interior detail and scale wheels. The coach sides are matchboard style below the windows. There are one or two small marks to the roof, which would either clean off or be touched up. Condition is B+, very nice indeed.
Price: £60.00 / $113.40

Kit Built, OO gauge Great Central Railway Open salon Full 3rd Coach, No.283 in GCR brown livery with white roof and white-rimmed wheels. The coach has matchboard sides from the windows down and is fitted with chain-link couplings and coach connectors. It's a beautiful vehicle and with large windows looks fantastic. It has a full interior. The only point I would raise is that the rood is slightly grubby. The model is fitted with scale wheels. Condition grade B+ Unboxed.
Price: £50.00 / $94.50

Kit Built, OO gauge Lancashire & Yorkshire Railway Composite Compartment Coach, No.1083 in L & Y lined maroon and cream livery with off-white roof. The model is fitted with scale wheels and chain-link couplings. It has been made to a reasonable standard - the paint finish is a bit on the heavy side but the all-metal underframe detail is quite fine. The coach itself is quite heavy. I think the roof could do with re-painting as the finish is quite faded and marked. An interesting vehicle. I would grade its condition as B. It is unboxed.
Price: £25.00 / $47.25

Tri-ang Railways.Tri-ang Railways. Ref: KIT200032
Tri-ang, An interesting set of 4 coaches which have been substantially reworked from the original Tri-ang clerestory roof examples. The clerestory roof has been removed from them all and card roofs have been replaced with ventilators. We have 2 brakes and 2, I am guessing, composites all finished in dark brown and light cream lined livery. The Tri-ang couplings have been removed and currently the vehicles are fitted with chain link couplings. I am not sure what railway company is represented but it is something along the lines of the Furness Railway. The conversion has been well done, the paint finish is good in parts but a bit heavy in others, overall condition is B.
Price: £58.00 / $109.62

K's Kit Built Coach.K's Kit Built Coach. Ref: KIT200036
K's, Long Wheel Base 4 Wheel Clerestory Roofed Coach. Coach is painted in brown and cream livery. It is a white metal model with plastic wheels and Hornby Dublo style couplings. It has been built reasonably well unfortunately I can't say the same for the painting. It is very heavily painted and the cream has been applied almost in blobs so it would need to be stripped back and repainted. Condition of the build is probably B. It comes in a non original K's box. Slight amendment to the description it is not a 4 wheel coach it is actually a 6 wheel coach, the previous owner has removed the centre wheels to enable them to go round his curves no doubt - a small matter to replace the centre set.
Price: £15.00 / $28.35

K's, White Metal 6 Wheeled Clerestory Roofed Coach in chocolate and cream livery. The coach has a running board and Hornby Dublo style couplings. It has been reasonably well made but very heavily painted, it would certainly benefit from a repaint. The centre set of wheels have been removed and would need to be replaced. Condition is B. It comes in a non original box which is condition B.
Price: £15.00 / $28.35

K's.K's. Ref: KIT200031
K's, A Pair of white metal 6 wheel coaches comprising a brake and a composite or 3rd, finished in a light brown dark brown style livery which is reminiscent of the Furness Railway. It is all metal construction with metal wheels, metal roofs and metal interiors. The roofs are loose which would require securing to the model. The composite is missing one of its roof ventilators and the brake is missing 6 roof ventilators. Interesting subject matter, reasonably well constructed and reasonably well painted. The roofs are dirty and would definitely benefit from an over paint, they are currently in just plain metal finish. There are no couplings fitted currently. Condition is B.
Price: £30.00 / $56.70

Kit Built, London and South Western Railways Non-Corridor Compartment Composite Coach, No.3108 in LSWR salmon and brown-lined livery with white roof. His is a metal style kit, that is well detailed with full interior. It's a quality piece and has sprung buffers and chain-link couplings. I would grade its condition as B to B+. Comes in a non-original box.
Price: £30.00 / $56.70

Kit Built, Southern Railway Composite Coach with the distinctive round windows style in Southern green, No.5726. I'm scratching my head a little bit with this one, I'm not sure whether it's Kit Built or whether it is in fact proprietary, i.e. Exley or something like that. It's got a metal floor, metal bogies, metal sides and a metal roof. It is a corridor coach and it's glazed. ( Some new informatio has come to light, and it seems very likly that it is in fact a Hamblings Bulleid middle composite, dating from around 1950) It's a substantial piece of rolling stock. It's been play worn and there is a little bit of rust showing through on the roof and here and there, but a very interesting vehicle. It's unboxed.
Price: £20.00 / $37.80

PC Models, Kit-Built LMS (ex-LNWR) 50ft Surburban Coach, No.7438. This is an all 3rd coach in lined maroon LMS livery. An interesting model, finished to a reasonable standard. However one of the white metal bogies has come un-glued or un-soldered, the wheels are there it just needs glueing back together. Condition B. Vehicle is in a box but it's not its original box.
Price: £8.00 / $15.12

Kit Built, a Lancashire & Yorkshire Railway 3rd Class Brake Coach, No.1089 in L & Y lined maroon and cream livery with white roof. Vehicle is fitted with scale wheels and chain-link couplings. It's quite an interestingly designed coach - the body sides curve inwards towards the guard's compartment allowing a view from a window set into the end of the vehicle, which would allow the guard to look along the length of the train. It has been finished to a reasonable standard - the paint finish isn't too bad although the white roof could do with a re-paint. Condition grade? Unboxed.
