The box, which is the open tray style, is in condition B. It has obviously lost its cellophane top.

Hornby, "Operating Side Tipping Car Set", I am guessing this dates from the 1970's comprises a Bogie Bolster Wagon with tipping mechanism and three pipe load. It sort of works, it comes in two pieces, that's the wagon, I have got a feeling there is a component missing. Also the line side apparatus which switches the tipping mechanism is also missing which is a shame. The wagon itself is condition B to B+ and the box is B to B+ with an attractive illustration. It does need these other components to make it fully complete.

Included in this group are a white Sunbeam Alpine, a dark blue Sunbeam Alpine, a mid-green Ford Anglia, a red Hillman Minx, a mid-green Sunbeam Alpine, and a dark blue Hillman Minx. The wagon is in reasonable condition, one of the little grey uprights is missing and one has been glued back into position. Overall then a complete item. It's in its nice original window box - condition B.
