Hornby, a very attractive Card Display, approximately 60 cms long by about 18 cms, which shows a Class 58 Diesel Electric Locomotive, No.58023 "Peterborough Depot" in Mainline blue on one side, with a Class 90, No.90012 "British Transport Police" in Virgin red and black livery depicted on the other. There are holes punched out in the corners of the card - so obviously the card would have been hung from the ceiling of the shop. There are a couple of grubby marks to both sides, but I'm convinced that these will clean off. It's an attractive piece of shop memorabilia.

Hornby, a Shop Display Card, "Hornby" in the 1970s house style with red background and yellow surround around the word and the Hornby trademark. It measures approximately 60cms long by 18cms high and is double-sided, reading the same on both sides. It has four punched holes at the corners, so I guess it would probably have been designed for hanging from the ceiling. It's a lovely item in great condition - I would grade it as B to B+.
