Wrenn Railways W2237Wrenn Railways W2237 Ref: WR100533
Wrenn, Bulleid Rebuilt West Country Class 4-6-2 Locomotive and Tender, No.21C109 "Lyme Regis" in Southern light malachite green. This is a tidy example that has been used. The wheels are relatively shiny and the model is chip-free. However, there are two nicks to the lining - one about ½mm around the running number on the right hand side and one on the right-hand cylinder cover, again about ½mm. There is a slight nick to the lining on the tender as well, also about ½mm. With those exceptions, the model is tidy and very presentable. Condition is a good B to B+. Comes in an original 'period 3' box, which is stamped up 'Packer No.3'. Instructions are also included. The box is in reasonable condition - there is a little graffiti at both ends, which describe the contents, and a slight tear to one end where a label has been carelessly removed. Box condition is a good, solid B.

Wrenn, Rebuilt Bulleid West Country Class 4-6-2 Locomotive and Tender, No. 34042 "Dorchester". Locomotive is in "British Railways" lined green livery and the tender carries the later style emblem. Model has been well used, there is unfortunately a sort of a scratch across the boiler, it might rub out a little. There is a couple of chips here and there, there is a gap to the lining on the cylinder covers on one side of the engine. I would grade the loco as a good B, possibly B to B+. The tender however has got two gaps to the lining on one side, or three gaps actually, which is a shame. It is a little on the dusty side as well. I can only grade the tender as a B. It comes in a nice original box which is a period 3. Model comes with instructions and a set of alternative couplings.
Price: £150.00 / $283.50

Wrenn 2235.Wrenn 2235. Ref: WR100411
Wrenn, Bullied Rebuilt West Country Class 4-6-2 Locomotive and Tender, No. 34005 "Barnstable". Loco is finished in British Railways lined green. The tender carries the later style BR emblem. This is a very nice example, it is a very early model. It is in a period 1 box which is in fine condition. On the lid is a Beattie's sticker and also the original price which is a Beattie's price tag which is £9.95 - we wish!. The model overall looks bright and very clean. There is wear to the cylinder covers or lining to the cylinder covers on both sides of the loco but all the boiler bands and the running numbers are all intact. The tender is about the same condition as the loco, all the decals are intact. This is an early model so it course does have the plastic pony wheels and the same for the tender. The wheels are shiny. The model has seen very little use in its lifetime. As far as I can tell there is no chipping anywhere to the paintwork. I would grade it as a good B+. It comes in an early or the earliest style box, period 1 box which comes with the appropriate early set of instructions and also an addenda to the instructions with is specifically to do with the Dorchester and the City of Stoke on Trent - again something I have not seen previously. Box condition is B to B+ and also included in the box is a Hornby Dublo style coupling.

Wren Railways W2415Wren Railways W2415 Ref: WR100516
Wrenn, Battle of Britain/West Country Class Rebuilt Bulleid Pacific 4-6-2 Locomotive and Tender, No.34052 " Lord Dowding " in British Railways lined green livery with the later style emblem to the tender . This is a limited edition model and it comes with certificate no.85 from a run of 250. ( I understand only 182 were actually made) Also included are a wooden plinth, a metal plaque, a piece of track and instructions. The box base has Packer No 2, 90520 stamped on the bottom. The box is stamped at one end in red. The model appears to have been lightly used, but hardly - the wheels are very shiny. It is chip free and the paint is bright and crisp. The only point I could raise is there is a tiny blemish in the paint work to the tender , just above the lower lining to one side., it feels like an indentation about .5mm across, as its in the paint it must be a factory issue Condition is B+ to A- Box condition is B, possibly a little better, showing some signs of wear mainly to one corner.

Wrenn, Bullied West Country Class 4-6-2 Locomotive and Tender, No. 34042 "Dorchester". Locomotive is in British Railways lined green. The tender carries the later style British Railways emblem. It is a fine looking model, there are no rubs or nicks to any of the lining. The model is essentially chip free. It is clean, looking at the wheels they are still shiny. While it has been probably lightly used it is in very tidy condition. It is definitely a B+ or maybe even slightly better. It comes in a period 3 box which has a very slight tear to one corner. The box comes with a set of instructions.
