Pemco, HO Scale Class GGI 4664 Twin Pantograph Electric Locomotive, No. 4828 in Pennsylvanian gold lined maroon livery. Model is in working order, one headlight works and one doesn't. There is surface rust showing to parts of the pantographs. The model itself has been used but is generally tidy looking at the wheels. It has seen little use. Very impressive and unusual looking model. I would grade it as a good condition B, possibly B to B+. The box is tatty but complete. It comes with a set of instructions.
