Tri-ang Hornby R759G, Hall Class 4-6-0 Locomotive 'Albert Hall ' BR Green Tri-ang Hornby R759G, Hall Class 4-6-0 Locomotive 'Albert Hall ' BR Green Ref: R759G
Triang Hornby, Hall Class 4-6-0 Locomotive and Tender, No.4983 "Albert Hall" in British Railways lined green livery with the later style emblem to the tender. The model has been used, but it's in fine condition. , a very slight rub to one of the lining bands on the cylinder covers, Apart from that, it's not too bad at all. The tender is in fine condition. I would grade the loco as B to B+. Comes in the split-window style box of the time and an unopened Pack with crew, also a bag with a set of metal name and number plates, the box is marked up for a GWR version of this loco,. Triang Hornby R355G.Triang Hornby R355G. Ref: TH100247
Triang Hornby, Industrial 0-4-0 Tank Locomotive, No. 27 in lined green livery. Made briefly from 1970 to 1972. I think this is a handsome little loco, this one unfortunately has been in the wars, one of its steps has been broken off and reglued although the repair is actually quite well done. The lining is intact. The loco itself is slightly on the grubby side and probably would benefit from a clean. It comes in an original box which is condition B or better. There is a little bit of graffiti to one side of the box. Also included is a servicing scheme booklet. Condition of the loco is B. Box is B.
Price: £45.00 / $68.40

Triang Hornby R251Triang Hornby R251 Ref: TR100485
Triang Hornby, Class 3F Deeley/Johnson 0-6-0 Tender Locomotive, in British Railways plain maroon livery with the tender carrying the later style motif. This is not the elusive BR version that was reportedly made - at least for photographic purposes - by Triang. The tender has in fact been re-painted from Midland Railway maroon and a crest has been added. The conversion doesn't look too bad though. The loco has had one or two details picked out in silver, such as the handrails. The front coupling is missing its hook and the loco step on one side has snapped off. Still, with these faults, it's a reasonably tidy example - I would grade it as B- to B. It is unboxed.

Triang Hornby R557Triang Hornby R557 Ref: TH100165
Triang Hornby, North British Diesel Shunter 0-4-0 in a light green livery with British Rail later crest to bonnet sides. This is a starter locomotive and is clockwork driven. Comes with a correct key and is in operating order. Being a starter model it's not fitted with buffers. One of the coupling hooks is missing from one coupling and the other end doesn't appear to have any couplings at all and, looking at the chassis, I don't believe it ever did. A very, very hard item to find. Believed to be manufactured around 1968. Condition is actually quite good, the crests are intact and there are no major marks to it. It has been played with obviously. Condition B. Unboxed.
