Trix Twin Railway 761 Ref: TRX500023
Trix, Yard Lamp, modelled in metal with a large square metal base. It is in working condition - the bulb has been tested. The model has been used and at some point has been attached to a baseboard as there is a little glue residue on the bottom of the base. But it is generally tidy, with just a little paint wear to the white post - but it's a very acceptable model in its original packaging. Condition is B. Packaging condition is B to B+.

Trix, from the Many-Ways range of wooden buildings, this is a Goods Shed. It is pretty basic really - a square building painted in grey with a number of attractive facsimile posters attached to all four of the walls. It has at some point been attached to a layout and there is a glue residue on the bottom of the building, which does not detract. Condition is a good B. Box condition is B.

Trix, Derelict Coach Hut, in teak finish tinplate sides with diecast metal base. The metal roof may be showing signs of rust - or it may be that it's meant to look like that because it's derelict! It has a chimney, which is intact, but showing some signs of discolouration. Overall condition is B. Comes in a rather attractive original red box, in condition B also.

Trix, from the accessories range, this is "Heavy Duty Transformer" in grey with three insulator pots to the top of the transformer. It has been used and is perhaps on the grubby side. At some point it has been stuck down and there is a tiny glue residue to the bottom of the transformer - although this cannot be seen unless it is held upside down. Condition is B, possibly slightly better. Comes in an original red box, which is in condition B to B+.

Trix, Crane on Base is the description on the box. This is a large diecast base with steps and I guess what would be a yard crane with "10 tons TTR" to the side of the jib. The mechanism looks unused, but it's all there including the hook and the rope. There's a bit of surface rust on the jib supports and the base is a bit on the grubby side - but it's not too bad. Condition is B. Box condition is B.

Trix, OO/HO gauge, a box of 3-rail Bakelite Track, consisting of six half-curve pieces. Track is in very good condition for its age, but does require a little cleaning to bring it up to running standard. There is no apparent damage to any piece and it all connects properly. I would grade its condition as B+. Comes in its original box, which is also in condition B+.

Trix, 4mm scale Engine Shed Building Kit, made form card, which is partly pre-cut and creased. Appears to be still sealed in its original Trix packing. I've not seen one of these before. Condition is A-. Pack condition is B, it's a little on the dusty side, but it is intact. An interesting item.

Trix, Operating Electric Conveyor. This beautifully made and engineered accessory was available from 1954 to the early 1960s. Only one batch was ever made with approximately 45,000 being constructed. Made from diecast sheet metal, this is a really substantial toy. This particular one is in operating condition, it has the original rubber conveyor on the main tower but the extended conveyor does have a replacement conveyor belt. General condition is good, there are a few chips here and there but overall it's in fine condition. It is, however, unboxed
