A Limited EDition Model with a run of 800. ViTrains, a brand new name to the British Railway modelling scene. The Class 37/4 is a full specification model, with Die-cast heavy chassis, 5-pole motor with twin fly wheel, two axle drive per bogie, NEM couplings, DCC ready, LED constant brightness directional lighting, sprung buffers, flush glazing, brass radiator fan grille. The class 37 is one of the most successful of all the original BTC locomotive orders. Built by English Electric & Robert Stephenson & Hawthorns with 309 being constructed over a 5 year period from 1960. The Class 37/4 was a sub class created when 31 locomotives were refurbished during 1985/6 at BREL Crewe works. These locomotives were fitted with ETC train heating allowing them to work passenger trains. Please note. there is VAT included in this price, for our oversea's non EEC customers 15% will be deducted
