Triang, Transcontinental Bo-Bo Road Switcher Diesel Locomotive, No.5007 ""Triang Railways"" in dark green and lined in white. Model appeared in 1956 and this example is fitted MkII or open style couplings. Triang released this model in three colours from the outset, but the green and maroon versions were dropped after one year, leaving just the common yellow version in production. This example has two working headlights, both of which are operational. It comes in an original Triang Railways box, which is correctly marked up for this model with a green circular sticker at one end. The model has had a hard life: the handrails and the horn are all intact and in place, the TR shield to the front nose and rear cabs are intact and OK, the 'Triang Railways' lettering in slightly worn on one side (Minor) , and the white lining is slightly worn on both sides. These are all matters that could be addressed. NOTE: There is also some damage to the Cab end to the right of and just above the rear headlight looks like a hole in a small despression (3mm across) should be able to be filled. . But these are only minor faults. Overall condition is B and a oil bottle.. Box condition is B. There is an inner packing piece in the box.
